The universe - when it makes a mess - is only precise. The spilled can of paint is an art form itself. The missing guitar string becomes the root note of the song. Our dead are exactly nowhere. Exactly nowhere - and nowhere else. The rash on my back, a riotous kind of order. Last night’s undecipherable nightmare, a lock on a lock. If we ever had a plan, every moment of our lives is a sincere deviation, since after enough time, we can’t be sure of what isn’t the plan. On even the most unfathomable day, when everything fragile has cracked, you can still hear the silent voice of existence; it is an artist repeating “this is happening.” Nobody can deny it, this gauze comes wrapped in blood.
